INSIDE THE TAROT

The archetypal characters, images and symbolism of the tarot reflect the known and unknown truth of our realities. The Major Arcana (22 cards) identifies various elements of being, stages of development and life lessons. The minor arcana (56 cards) is comprised of 4 suits or elements; wands~fire, cups~water, swords~air, pentacles~earth, and portrays common human experiences in the context of spirit, emotions, intellect and physicality, respectively. It is a simple yet profound system which accurately mirrors the human experience.

Guidance, clarity and transformation are the main benefits of using the tarot whether we apply the cards to managing personal circumstances or embark on an inner journey of healing and self-awareness. Mirroring strengths, gifts, fears, wounds and false beliefs on the path of self-empowerment is an invaluable function of the tarot. It is one method among many that assists in creating a meaningful and rewarding life.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE CARDS

When faced with difficult choices, navigating relationships or handling stressful situations, the tarot can be a powerful advisor. Practical suggestions, unknown aspects and new perspectives emerge from the cards depending on the questions asked. Readings frequently offer support and encouragement by confirming that which we already know on some level but may not have the confidence to act upon.

We often receive answers to the questions, Where am I at and where am I headed in my relationship, career, health, finances, etc? What is my next step? What is the best use of my energies? What do I need to know right now? How should I orient myself to..? What is the outcome if I..?

By asking these questions, with the intention of serving our Highest Purpose, we open ourselves to receive the best possible outcome or answer. It may not be what we expect or imagine, but it always turns out to be exactly what we need.
